Today, an advocacy meeting was conducted to promote green technology in tourism destinations. Today (November 21, 2024), ASHIKA Development Associates organized the program with the assistance of the International Labour Organisation(ILO). The program was attended by the Honourable Chairman of RHDC, Mr. Kajal Talukder, as the Chief Guest, and The SP - Tourist Police, Mr. Nahid Adnan Taian, and the Upazila Nirbahi Officer, Ms. Refat Asma, Rangamati Sadar, as special guests. Mr. Habib Azam, the member and convener of Tourism at RHDC, served as the program's president. Agreement Signing Ceremony between BRAC and ASHIKA

On a bright and sunny day, an agreement signing ceremony was held between BRAC and ASHIKA Development Associates. The event was attended by high-ranking officials from both organizations. The purpose of the agreement was to collaborate on a project namely BRAC Bridge NFPE Schools in CHT that would benefit the community with this new Intervention . The representatives signed by Md. Safi Rahman Khan on behalf of BRAC, Director -Education, Skills and Migration and, Mr Biplop Chakma on behalf of ASHIKA Development Associates, Executive Director the agreement with great enthusiasm at BRAC Rangamati Regional office on May 6, 2023. This moment marked the beginning of a new partnership that would bring positive change to many lives. The ceremony ended with smiles all around and a sense of excitement for what was to come. It was truly a momentous occasion that would be remembered for years to come.
