Internal Control & Audit Compliance ensures and leads on enhancing the quality and accountability of ASHIKA’s work to empower communities. It oversees the internal audit system to make sure that overall organization & all projects are continually being audited & monitored for effectiveness and appropriateness and that all lessons are documented and communicated to inform the ongoing implementation of projects and future programming.
